Delivery

Dispatch Time:

All of my jewellery is handmade to order. Some items take longer than others to make. I will always try and get it to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for it to be made and dispatched. If it needs to be sent for hallmarking, please allow up to 21 days. If you have a particular deadline please email me at hello@kateandcojewellery.co.uk before ordering and I will see if it is feasible.

Shipping:

I currently only ship within the UK. Orders will be shipped on weekdays and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which Royal Mail states should take 2-3 days after dispatch. There is the option to upgrade to special delivery. Please remember that the delivery time is on top of the dispatch time.

Important Information:

Shipping Address - Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.
