Delivery

Dispatch Time:

All of my jewellery is handmade to order. Some items take longer than others to make. I will always try and get it to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for it to be made and dispatched. If it needs to be sent for hallmarking, please allow up to 21 days. If you have a particular deadline please email me at hello@kateandcojewellery.co.uk before ordering and I will see if it is feasible.

Shipping:

I currently only ship within the UK. Orders will be shipped on weekdays and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 services. There is the option to upgrade to special delivery. Please remember that the delivery time is on top of the dispatch time.

Important Information:

Shipping Address - Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.
