Returns
I really hope that you love your new jewellery as much as I have enjoyed making it for you. If however you are unhappy with your purchase I have a 14 day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kateandcojewellery.co.uk with your name and order number. I will then send you details of where to send your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item so please ensure you send it safely and obtain proof of postage.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at hello@kateandcojewellery.co.uk.
Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non Refundable Items:
Please note that personalised or custom items are are non-returnable, or refundable. For hygiene reasons I am also unable to accept returns on earrings.
A note on personalisation:
Personalised jewellery has been hand stamped using metal punches. Each letter is stamped individually and will not therefore be perfectly aligned or straight. This means each item is unique and adds to its charm. It should not be seen as a fault. If you are seeking for a uniform look then engraving would be more suitable.
